Orders are shipped 1 to 3 days from purchase.

Once your order is shipped, it is estimated to take from 2 to 5 business days to arrive.

If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, kindly email us at info@hoogculture.com, and we will be happy to assist you within our working days, Sunday through Thursday.

Refunds & Exchange Policy:

We kindly advise you to inspect your item upon arrival.

If you receive a defective item, we will gladly exchange the item or refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

If you wish to return a non-defective item, kindly email us at info@hoogculture.com  with subject line
“Return - Order #(insert order number)” within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Kindly note that payment refunds are processed (excluding shipping fees) directly after the item arrives at our office and is inspected.

This might take up to 3-5 business days.

 

An additional shipping fee is added to fulfill your return request for a non-defective item.

 

To be eligible for a refund, kindly make sure that the item is in its original condition and packaging (fabric bag, orange paper bag, card.)
